AWP offers various manufacturing positions on two shifts which allows employees to work a shift that fits their lifestyle and family status. Employees have the ability to change shifts and positions as life changes and challenges take place.
Employees who possess the skills, abilities and desire to advance have the opportunity to do so. Through the bidding process, employees may advance through the company until a desired position is reached. Currently, all of our group leaders and supervisors are promotions from within the company.
